Can I use the IPL hair removal device?
Check if your hair color and skin tone is applicable. While using fast mode or switching to higher treatment mode, please do a skin test on your arms first. If there is no discomfort after 24 hours, you can start to use this mode.
Why the device can not turn on?
Our IPL device is a plug-in device. Please follow those tips before treatment. 1. Verify that the device is connected to the power source via adapter. 2. Then press the power button on the side of the device to turn it on.
Why is the smell burning during the treatment?
Shave any hair longer than 2mm before using to prevent the flash from burning the surface hair and producing a burn smell and burn feeling.
Why is the light window excessive heat?
Check if your skin tone is applicable. 2. Make sure to shave off the hair more than 2mm. 3. After turning on the device, let it stand for about 30s to pre-cool, there will be water mist on the lighting window.
